During the booking process, you'll need to choose between two options: a trip from Naples or a return trip from Sorrento. You'll also need to choose your preferred departure time.
If you're departing from Naples, the departure port is Molo Beverello, and you'll arrive at Marina Piccola in Sorrento. If you're booking the return trip from Sorrento, the route is reversed: you'll depart from Marina Piccola and disembark at Molo Beverello.
